Trailer editor, so I have a professional stake here. When a big horror trailer drops, I see the title ticker jump on the Home within an hour. But does it move the genre index or HXI in any lasting way, or is it a one day sugar rush?
Do trailers actually move the index, or just the Fear gauge?

The genre index moves less, because one title is a slice of it. HXI barely notices unless several trailers land in the same week. The lasting effect shows up in the Fear gauge more than in levels.
