How's it work?

On a timer, two sets of jobs collect horror chatter from outside sites. One uses AI to score the mood of new headlines, then updates the ticker prices and the HXI index. The other uses AI to screen out items that are not about horror. Everything is saved in the site's own database. When you open a page, the site reads that saved data, so pages load fast and do not wait on outside sites. Ask The Exchange answers questions with AI from the same saved data, and page text can be translated by AI on request. Outside AI tools can read the saved data through a read-only connection (MCP). If something breaks, a bug ticket is filed automatically.
