   …ta slasher fan here and I will defend this: people complain about $SCRM every cycle and then argue about it for weeks. Arguing is engagement. Heat does not care if you are annoyed.

   Half of the $SLSH lift is $TRFR and $SCRM chatter. Strip out the franchise names and the index looks a lot more ordinary. I remain short on the idea that sequels equal a movement.
